Our Money Back Guarantee
We strive for perfection. If you are not satisfied with your order call our Customer Service Team at 212-354-6123 within 15 days of the delivery date, return the defective materials to us and we will either reprint the materials or issue you a refund. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the order excluding some third party production costs.
What we can’t control
While we take every care to ensure your orders are completed to your satisfaction, there are some circumstances that are beyond our control and are not covered by our guarantee.
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Low resolution or poor quality of uploaded images.
- Design errors made by the customer in the design process.
- Damage to the materials after delivery to the client.
- Errors in user-selected options such as paper, order quantities or finishing options.
